Saint James Academy is proud to share that our WASC/WCEA Visiting Committee has completed its on-campus accreditation review and delivered its official report. The findings celebrate what our families already know: SJA is a place where faith, academics, and belonging come together to shape remarkable children.

About WASC/WCEA Accreditation

Accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA) is the recognized standard for Catholic schools across the western United States. The joint review evaluates every aspect of a school — mission alignment, academic programs, student support, governance, and community life.

Over the course of the visit, the Committee observed classrooms, met with students, parents, faculty, and administrators, and reviewed the school’s self-study. Their report includes both formal findings and anecdotal remarks captured throughout their time on campus.
